You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

From your front porch you can take a short walk to the bus stop and ride to Newport or enjoy the campground property and hiking trails which will take you to the bay. This is a 1500 sqft stand alone home which will be yours for your stay. As guests of the campground you will have access to the camp store and campground property as well.
