Very comfortable and quiet place to stay. A lot of restaurants nearby. Including a cafe downstairs connected to the Airbnb. The atmosphere is very home-like. I enjoyed my stay. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach!

Had a great time at Nguyens place. Very nice home with all the amenities. Very responsive host and friendly nature. I highly recommend her place for stay.

This is an older type of apartment, but everything worked, I would have happily extended my stay here except it was pre booked. Strong Internet which was an important factor for me as I work online which worked flawlessly. Jack was easy to contact and communicate with. I usually rate accomodation as to whether I would return a second time ….and yes I would. Thank you for my stay here.

Great hosting kaly is a very friendly person , and the room also has a great view of sea and is walkable distance for beach too.

I stayed here while working remotely and it was perfect! The internet was super fast—no issues at all with video calls. The lighting in the apartment at night is really nice too, which made working late hours easy. It’s super quiet inside, you don’t hear any outside noise, and the view from the balcony is luckily not facing the street, which I appreciated. The location is also amazing, just a short walk to the ocean! And right downstairs there’s a 24/7 grocery store that literally has everything you need. The host and his wife were great, really helpful and quick to respond anytime I had a question. Honestly, the place looked even better in person than in the photos. Totally recommend it!

Vincent and Sami offer the great host. Vincent is really responsive and try to accommodate the guest at his best. My flight to Da Nang was delayed and he stayed late to greet me at the door with clear and mindful instructions to the room. The room itself is clean, nicely decorated and has all you need to feel being like home.

This is such a lovely homestay, and the hosts are so wonderfully nice and helpful. If you want to get to know how the locals live in a homestay where you are treated like a guest of the family, I can’t imagine a better choice! I feel grateful for the hospitality and for the chance to share their beautiful home. While in this area, I highly recommend you rent a motorbike and go check out Hai Van Pass. One of my favorite day trips ever!

there're several problems (how to rock, other guest's noise, place of house stuff and so on), but Thi always is kind to answer and solve problems.

This is a very good house, the landlord is very hospitable, the people are very good, gave me a lot of local suggestions and opinions, and the location of the house is very convenient, there is a coffee shop at the door, there is a local market for 10 minutes, the price is very cheap, here Can cook, the landlord often prepares some local food for us, very good!

was cozy and comfortable place to stay 3 family ( inc dog). Very modernized, and great location to go here and there. I was sorry that only stay 2 nights at there. If we come once again, will gonna stay here as much as longer. Even more we bring our dog at there, there wasn't any restrictions to stay with. that was most awesome part. Ah,FYI during the evening hours when many people are using water, the water pressure may temporarily decrease.

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

Very good. The apartment is very new and clean, with a direct view to My Khe beach. Fully furnished, equipped. Although my family came to check in late, John was still very enthusiastic and friendly. He even showed me some great breakfast places. If I come back to Da Nang, this will definitely be my first choice.
