Built in the 60's and recently renovated, this bungalow is surrounded by betel nut, coconut, and chiku trees. The house is surrounded by coconut groves, mature mango trees and a lovely lawn. The home built in traditional Konkan style has used teak wood from a 100 year old bungalow and all materials and labour have been sourced locally.
