Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Guest house approximately 6-8 miles from Winstar Casino. Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or coming for a show at Winstar we are the best game in town. Especially economical and very private. Nestled on the edge of 280 acres of family land this is truly a diamond in the rough. You can cook for yourself or steal away to the Casino for a gourmet-meal. Covered parking. We believe a clean place is best and will not disappoint you.

Welcome to our cottage. Boasting beautiful sunsets, wide open spaces and even a small pond. Our location has easy access to a major highway. We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.

You will love the cozy and rustic feel of our studio featuring mini-frig, toaster oven, hot plate, microwave and coffee maker.
