Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Also being a 20 minute drive from Winstar Casino the guests can enjoy some gambling, nightlife and concerts!! The Hill features an open floor plan with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Maximum outside entertainment is possible with a large covered patio and a wooden deck.

This cozy (non-smoking) 1-bed/1-bath cabin at Turner Falls Park accommodates up to 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). If you need more space or plan to host a party, please look elsewhere. If you like it quiet, peaceful, and relaxing this is the place for you! our cozy cottage is 2B, 1B. It has a partially wrapped around porch to take in the country views. There is a wonderful slipper cast iron soaker tub that is meticulously cleaned between each guest. Close to Robson Ranch, Harvest, Pecon Square, Texas motor speedway, and the Tanger outlets.
