Whole Foods is less than a half a mile walk if you're looking to come back and cook for a quiet evening in or extravagant breakfast. Walk, jog or rent bikes or scooters down Shoal Creek Hike & Bike Trail to get into the heart of Austin. Uber/Lyft/Taxis and public transit are all immediately available. Shoal Creek Terrace is a clean & modern two bedroom condo with a view of the Shoal Creek greenbelt. A short walk to Pease Park, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, Waterloo Records, Graffiti Park & West 6th street bar district. Includes two free parking spaces right in front of the unit. Pets are welcome, but we do have a pet fee of $100.
