I live on the property, but you will have the entire studio. It is a separate dwelling with shared driveway. I’ve lived here for over 20 years and know the area well. The 800 sq ft. space that my guests will rent is the lower level of my home. It include's 1 large bedroom , 1 small bedroom ,an open living room and kitchenette and a tiled bath laundry complete with 2 vanity sinks and a 6' tub/shower. The knotty pine doors and trim contribute pleasantly to the generous available natural light. Located in an established neighborhood, it is easy walking/biking distance of downtown and only 20 minutes up to Grand Targhee Resort.

It's a 35 minute drive to Jackson and about 2 hours to Yellowstone. The house is on a side street so it is still quiet with plenty of privacy. In wintertime you're just a 40 minute drive to world class ski resorts Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee

Our Cozy Country guest house is attached to and below the main house, but has it's own private driveway and access. One bedroom and one bathroom with a western style kitchen. Located on horse property with beautiful country atmosphere and amazing Teton views. Also located just 1 hour 30 minutes fom West Yellowstone, and 1 hour 20 minutes from Jackson Hole Wyoming.
