Nestled along the upper reaches of the Clyde River (the cleanest and most pristine waterway in Eastern Australia) lies the Clyde River Retreat – a haven of beauty, peace and tranquility. The perfect place to stay if you want to visit Pigeon House, The Castle or any of the other spectacular locations in Morton National Park or Budawang National Park. If you do not have a 4WD, ask us about current road conditions before booking. You may not need one, but we cannot guarantee access without one.

Billabong Cottage at Mimosa Eco Retreat

Billabong Cottage is a romantic little one bedroom cottage situated next to its own large billabong. This fully equipped cathedral ceilinged cottage has everything you need for a romantic escape. Designed to represent the Australian settler’s cottage, unique and cozy, the fully fenced verandah overlooks the water, with wood heater and outdoor firepit. Pets are welcome. There is an additional charge of $40 per pet (max 2). Try our Corroboree, Cooee or Kiah Cottages if Billabong is booked out.

'Bawley Beachcomber' is a classic Australian beach house with retro styling. Perched in the trees, the house enjoys an elevated position and is less than 100 metres from the dog-friendly Cormorant beach. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waves! Bawley Point is a hidden gem. Nestled between two national parks with three stunning beaches to choose from, you can enjoy surfing, bush walks, or simply relaxing on the beach with a good book. We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
