This downtown condo is located on Market St. and is in the perfect location to enjoy Knoxville. Only 2.5 blocks to Market Square, 1 block to Gay St. and a 10 minute walk to UT, riverfront or the Old City. Walk to bus stations & trolley stops. Pets are always welcome. It’s my primary home & I only rent when I (and a furry golden retriever) are out of town. You can expect it to be comfy and lived in. The furry mutt could win a shedding contest. The most common feedback is folks love the location!

The Carriage House - The Mountains are calling

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

Located in the Old City close to Gay Street, Market Square, newly constructed Covenant Health Baseball Park, UT campus, Mill and Mine concert venue, and Knoxville Urban Wilderness. Enjoy everything downtown has to offer without having to get in your car! Walk or bike to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Entire condo to yourself. Third floor with stairway access only. This apartment overlooks Downtown Knoxville's Gay Street. It's really hard to pull me away from those large floor to ceiling windows! Market Square being your backyard is so convenient with multiple unique restaurants & shops. You can easily walk to Neyland Stadium (0.8 miles) from the apartment, (1.1 miles) to Thompson-Boling Arena, a brisk (0.1 mile) walk to Tennessee Theatre, (0.4 miles) to Knoxville's Convention Center, and so much more!
