Take a swim while steeped in the lush environs of the garden patio at this chic B&B. Enjoy the included continental breakfast in the shared, gourmet kitchen to serve at a luxe hardwood table amid exposed brick, large picture windows, and vibrant artwork and decor. * New private & modern bedroom with private bath. * Newly renovated 3-bedroom mid-century home with private swimming pool & lush landscaping. * This B&B listing includes continental breakfast we set up daily in the shared gourmet kitchen. Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Look for us online: #VillaParadisoPhoenix Enjoy the kitchen space and help yourself to breakfast. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Private Walled Vllla with Pool

A special house, private and quiet, and filled with light. A mid-century home with a private pool, and garden. This is a comfortable home-base for trips to Tucson, Flagstaff, Sedona, the Grand Canyon, or a short drive to A.S.U. and downtown Tempe. The photos of the interior may not do the dimensions justice. Guests often say that the rooms are more spacious than they had imagined. The interior is designed for a comfortable stay, furnished with a playful assortment of eclectic furniture and art.

This beautiful property just had a HUGE update & overhaul! BRAND NEW sleek and sexy modern home! Minutes from Mill Avenue, Tempe's best shopping and incredible nightlife. Amazing location! Inside the home you will find all brand new finishes and furnishings; new appliances, soft bedding, gorgeous outdoor areas and more! No detail was left untouched in this modern and renovated home. It is stocked with absolutely everything you need for an amazing vacation! We got a BBQ & some fund yard games.
