The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka-supermarket, ALDI, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, stationery store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price is a little bit higher.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Neben dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle mit 2 Buslinien. Rauchen in der Unterkunft ist nicht gestattet, aber es gibt einen Balkon, auf dem Rauchen ermöglicht wird. Es gibt immer genug kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. Auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.
