Auf 41 m² ist Platz für 1–4 Gäste. Für den entspannten Schlaf gibt es ein Boxspringbett und ein Schlafsofa. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd und Mikrowelle ist optimal zur Selbstversorgung. Für Unterhaltung sorgt ein Smart-TV + Magenta Box. Ein Waschtrockner steht im modernen Bad mit ebenerdige Dusche zur Verfügung.

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). There is a kids bedroom with two beds as well. Families welcome but also couples without kids can enjoy our apartment. Happy to give you some Berlin insider tipps!
