This beautiful newer home was extremely clean and in a nice location out in the country yet close to the freeway. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a minor need and the Joel fulfilled it quickly and generously. His communication was excellent. We felt well taken care of. There were plenty of paper products, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry and hand soap. We didn't need to buy anything but our own food. We would recommend this home and would stay there again.

Madison was a fantastic host! The house has been remodeled beautifully. It was spotless. We used every bed but the bunks with 6 people. The yard and river are so nice. We had ages 16+ there- the deck stairs and close proximity to the river aren’t ideal for little kids but otherwise inside is all one level and very family friendly. My family lives in Ref Bluff and I love the down town. A few good shops and restaurants but still feels nice and small and safe.

Karli is an excellent host. Her response time in returning my calls was less than an hour. Very friendly, a genuine people person. Her home, clean, cozy and equipped with all the needed amenities to make home away from home a breeze. I loved the stay. Thank you Karli.

Lovely, clean home with nice attention to detail. Everything was very clear and simple, such as Wi-Fi and check-in. It was a weekend when I stayed so the neighborhood wasn't particularly quiet, but the noise wasn't bad and didn't go too late. Very convenient to I-5, has and Starbucks.
