We had such a fabulous stay at Christine’s house. Check in was so easy, everything was immaculate and communication excellent. We have already booked to stay again! Thanks Christine.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage, it was as beautiful as the pictures, with a great location (very close to the city/shops). Lovely scenery all around, our dogs loved watching the cows grazing every morning. Andrea was a lovely host, friendly, and very responsive :) Highly recommended!!

This was our second time staying at Eclectic Escape, and it was just as lovely as the first. Sarah is a warm and thoughtful host, and it’s clear a lot of care has gone into creating a beautiful and well-equipped space. The house is spotless, stylish, and perfect for a relaxing long weekend – plus, it’s dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-designed getaway.

A very handy location to stay overnight if you are planning to climb the Tongariro alpine cross! Shelley is super sweet giving crystal clear instructions pre-check-in. The place accommodation itself just feels like home. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! Met our needs even more than we imagined! Teens loved the rumpus rooms and consoles provided! Bedrooms were beautiful, upstairs was an absolute sanctuary! Location is ideal and communication was perfect! Will definitely be back next time we come to mangawhai!

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely little farm cottage that fit all 5 of us in perfectly! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The wood burner in the lounge was cranking and kept us all very warm and cosy, especially with all the double glazed windows too. There was an amazing selection of DVD's that kept us entertained and my son was very taken with the flag pole (especially once he found some flags he could raise and lower!) It had a lovely big garden and everything was clean on our arrival. It was easy to clean for the next guests with all cleaning supplies provided. Amazing value for money - we will definitely visit again :) Thank you!

Julie was so friendly and communicative, she made us feel right at home. So did Archie and Stevey the dogs, who we loved! The villa was larger than I expected and was perfectly set up for us. The location is ideal, close to the waterfront, wineries and cafes, and not too far from Havelock North for more restaurants, cafes and shops. Would recommend and would definitely stay again 😊 Thank you Julie for having us

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

Host very nice showing us around. Beautiful area with farm animals next door but close to town as well. Clean and functional spa (ie jets worked, pretty rare at rentals) much appreciated after hiking the Queen Charlotte.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay

We had an idyllic home away from home experience. Friendly owners, respectful of guests and quick to assist if required. The property was the perfect getaway, the gardens so beautiful, outdoor area to sit and watch rabbits and quail dashing around the grounds. Hope to stay again. Would highly recommend.

Let me just say, if i am ever in Tauranga again (from Florida), I know a fantastic B&B. Laura is a warm and welcoming host and her accommodation is clean, stylish, and comfortable. She is a detail person and it shows. We loved the neighborhood. Mount Maunganui was an easy drive and a great hike. The hot water pool at the base was relaxing. Laura cooked for us one night after a full day of activity. Delicious. Our stay at Laura's was a highlight of our NZ holiday.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sarah for sharing your home with us.

Maxine's place is exactly as described....what a beautiful peaceful setting, Maxine was very helpful, too. Would recommend staying here....within a long stone's throw of the walking tracks on Te Mata peak and such clear night skies as well. Straight back down the hill and within a couple of minutes you are right in the middle of Havelock North. Happy to stay there again. Cheers George

Sue’s place is exactly as described on the listing. Bedrooms are all generous in size and beds are very comfortable. Essentials such as salt / pepper were all supplied and we took the option to pay extra to have the linen included which was super convenient. Woolies is a 5 min walk away and also the Ostend Markets (Saturday mornings). Sue is super helpful and very responsive - I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice space to stay in. Comfortable for our group and good fenced yard areas.

The place was absolutely lovely! I loved meeting the owner's dog, Louie. He liked to come inside and get some cuddles, spin in circles then run outside. It was very entertaining! The place was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. I also thought the massive gum trees in the driveway were amazing. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower is really weak. Also, if you're over 6ft, your feet might touch the end of the bed like my partners did! 😆

Justine and Miles were brilliant hosts, very easy to communicate with and friendly. Their place is beautiful and suited our needs perfectly to shelter us from the Wellington weather and it's proximity to the ferries. We spent a very comfortable two nights here but would've happily stayed for longer, thank you to you both and your gorgeous staffie for accommodating us!

We had a lovely few days at Sue’s place. We flew in from the UK super early and Sue was kind enough to let us check in early. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the furniture was very very comfortable (perfect for the jet lag). And the bathroom was a thing of dreams. Sue was very friendly and responsive to messages but was happy to just let us crack on. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Auckland, closer to nature but still very close to the main city.

Nous avons passé trois jours agréables dans ce logement propre et confortable proche de New Plymouth. Un évier pour la cuisine serait un plus mais tout était parfaitement équipé.
