The cottage is located in the back of our family property with private access and carpark. We provide fresh linen and towels, tea & coffee, and basic cooking facilities.

Maybe instead, from the comfort of the great room dial it back and marvel at the light changes and tidal swings as you look across Kaitoke inlet onto Mount Karioi. Nestled between grassland and trees, this guest house is the perfect place to soak up New Zealand’s beautiful nature. Relax watching the birds and scenic hills or get hands on with the family pets. You can feed the alpacas or visit the chicken to collect some eggs. There is always a spare paddock for horsey people visiting the area and plenty of room to park a trailer or boat. We are located 10 min away from Hobbiton, Karapiro lake and 15 min from Cambridge town centre.
