Just fifteen minutes south of Blenheim, Hares hut is a charming cottage set on 50 acres of river flat, terraces and hill. Cosy up next to the wood fire, relax on the verandah or explore the many tracks along the Taylor river and the hill. With vineyards, mountain bike tracks and the Marlborough Sounds nearby, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy our beautiful region. The cottage garden provides herbs for your use in the well equipped kitchen. We welcome dogs and can provide a horse paddock.

Microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, small fridge, cutlery, crockery and glassware included. Note: no cook top or oven. The unit also has a Smart TV with Netflix & Freeview.

The king size bed has quality linen for your comfort with locally made natural products in the shower room. A well equipped kitchen has everything you will need with an air fryer/oven, microwave, electric frying pan and coffee machine. No stairs to worry about as everything is on ground level.

Home away from home

Our modern home is a 5minute drive to the city center and 5 minute walk to local amenities. You are Ideally situated to visit Omaka Air museum and local attractions. Continental breakfast is supplied for first 2 mornings.this includes cornflakes toast bread, and condiments, milk, orange juice and fruit. The unit is attached to our house so the two entrances are close to each other.there is an outside security camera we are offering a discount for bookings during the winter months.
