Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Relax in a hammock or grill out on your private patio. Have a boat or jet skis? There's a boat dock right outside the back door. A public boat launch is just right down the road for your convenience. This is a great place for a family or several couples that just want to get away from the stress of everyday life.

The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

The Lake House
