Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

This sweet 2 bdm apt hosted by Ruth was just lovely, it was absolutely spotless and we had everything we needed. Our group of 3 adults were truly comfortable in the spacious lounge and we will come back here next time we are visiting our relatives in Snells Beach. Hosts met us on arrival. Room was as advertised and was spotless. The location was amazing with sea front views. They communicated well with us and were very flexible with the checkout times. Close to the town centre. We took our car and was eas to find with easy parking on premises. Highly recommend for a weekend away. Will be back

The house was perfect for the five of us. It has lots of space, the hosts were very generous with the condiments and the space was light, comfortable and really clean and tidy. The wi fi was also brilliant!. While the house is nice and peaceful it is a short drive to the shops and about 10 minutes from the beach. We didn’t find this a problem and Leone and Mark were awesome to deal with.

Located close to beaches, forests, and wineries this is an ideal accommodation with very congenial hosts. The unit is immaculately clean and fresh looking and makes the most of a small space for breakfast prep. Honestly, she’s thought of almost everything you could need. Lauren provided info on nearby hiking and stores and restaurants when I had specific interests. We even shared a walk with her dog Molly one morning to nearby beaches I had yet to visit. There are lots of hills around, even the driveway is quite steep, so best to have a car if you’re not reasonably fit and don’t enjoy that type of exercise. Coming home at night, it’s quite dark near the house, but she provides a flashlight or you could use your mobile flashlight.. Overall, a wonderful stay, lots of fresh air, exercise, beautiful nature, peaceful environment in a very comfortable apartment. Thank you Lauren. I would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again..

The place had everything needed plus a few extras like milk and fruit which were much appreciated. It was peaceful and quiet at night which along with the comfortable beds meant a good nights sleep Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed the patio and open living space providing views of the Hauraki Gulf and Orewa beach. The shower had excellent water pressure. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Checkin/out was easy. Would stay here again!

The house was great, we felt directly at home. we had everything we needed and the perfect view oder Mangawhai. Melody was a great host, always quick to answer, friendly and super flexible. we would stay again anytime!

Wonderful place to stay , Dan left a porta cot for my baby in the room which was so convenient for myself as I didn’t have to lug mine around for my trip , house was tidy and spacious , quiet neighbourhood , great communications would definately stay again

We had such a lovely stay in Point Wells! The house had everything we needed and felt like a real home away from home. The beds were comfy, the spa under the stars was amazing after a big day, and the playground across the road was a huge hit with our toddler. We also really appreciated having the little store just a couple of doors down — so handy! It was the perfect spot for a relaxed family getaway. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful spot in Mangawhai, views from the kitchen and lounge areas are amazing. The home was spotless and is the perfect venue for exploring everything that Mangawhai has to offer. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend.

Fabulous location--minutes from the beach and marina AND minutes to walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. Also very well located to get to other North Shore beaches as well as downtown Auckland. Huge house with 4 great bedrooms and 3 great baths--big kitchen and 3 dining areas, counting outside picnic table. Amy was responsive to all our questions and requests.

fantastic place and beautiful location. The house has everything you need and more, bathroom and shower perfect, great open space and the garden is fully fenced so perfect for the furry friends if they're coming along with you. beds super comfy and everywhere is easy to walk to or drive

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

这套房源对我们来说是个惊喜。它很稀有，很幸运遇到它！仅靠照片还不能感受出它各个方面的好。这里周围的住宅环境、海边的景色和树木非常美。沿着庭院内的小台阶可以直接进入海边长长的步行道，这里没有外来嘈杂的人群，是个很安静的地方。房屋设计简洁大气，有品位。入住时很强烈的感受到房东是一个很用心的人，在把他们的美好分享给住在这里的人。他们贴心留了纸条介绍房屋的使用和吃喝玩乐攻略，highlight了重点推荐，对我们很有帮助。还为我们准备了丰盛的水果和冰箱里的饮品，感觉都是精心挑选适合新西兰游客品尝的。门口开的刚刚好的美丽的花朵，房屋内很多细节考虑非常周到的设施，以及在入住期间房东的主动关心问候，让这段短暂的旅行很舒适美好！从房源步行到takapuna海滩及周围餐饮购物中心都不远，叫uber去奥克兰市区也很方便。如果以后再来新西兰，我非常愿和家人一起住更久的时间，这里一定是最好的选择了。

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Loved how child friendly the accomodation was with all the things you’d need for a baby. So grateful to use the car charger too. Crystal was a great host as well!

We had a fantastic 5 night stay whilst on Auckland’s North Shore visiting friends and family. Browns Bay is a beautiful area with plenty of great restaurants and shops and the beach is one of the best in the area. The apartment is beautifully furnished with absolute beachfront views. The apartment itself is spacious and spotless and has everything you need for a long stay. We will definitely be using this as our base for future visits and recommend anyone considering this place to take advantage of it. Thank you Adele for your hospitality.

My family and I really love Lorraine’s dream home,everything is perfect, far beyond my expectations.The location is the best, it’s just a stone’s throw away from the beach, and there are lots of lovely bistros and a great supermarket here, you can get all the things you need.
