The house is positioned well back from the road with large windows providing a light and leafy outlook with no noise. The house has new bathrooms, beds, fresh new towels and sheets, appliances and is fully equipped. Positioned with Melrose house, Fairfield park and the city within minutes walk in an established blue chip location this house is hard to beat

Oaktree House Deluxe accommodation in the city.

Enjoy an up market and stylish experience at this centrally located residence in the heart of Nelson's down town. Perfect location to stay when visiting for business or holiday. Great place for entertaining guests with a generous living area opening onto one of the two outside patios. Very quiet and secure residence. Restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. The beach is also in close proximity. Perfect base for exploring all the activities the region has to offer.

Modern beach house plus studio inc. bathroom. Great sea views. 2 minute walk to beautiful Ligar Bay beach. Large deck, lawn & kayaks for your use. Cozy log burner for cool nights. Plenty of games. Ideal for families & small groups. Self check in with lockbox. Guests must bring their own linen & towels (linen hire available at extra cost). No wifi but mobile phone coverage available. Guests must leave property as they found it, otherwise additional cleaning fees maybe charged.

Quiet Street/ Walk Everywhere

Our priority is ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. We provide comfortable beds, 2 Super King-sized beds and 1 queen-sized bed. Our property is on a tranquil cul-de-sac but within walking distance of town. A brand new Air Con and a wood burner make this home very cozy. Our location is very central. Motueka is the closest town to Abel Tasman National Park, and we are nestled between Nelson City and Nelson Lakes to the South and Golden Bay to the North.

Treetop Sanctuary With Sea Views

Recently renovated this 1940s weatherboard house with polished rimu floors is full of character and charm. Beautifully decorated and filled with artwork by local artists (and some from a bit farther afield) this is truly a home away from home. The house sits in an elevated position facing north so it gets all day sun and 180 degree views from the Centre of New Zealand in the east to Tasman Bay in the west. Located at the end of a cul de sac it's private and quiet.

High on the hill, you'll appreciate the peace and privacy, yet you can meander down the bush path from the front lawn and be on the beach in a minute or two. Engage in the beach, the river, the walks or simply relax - it's easy to do here! - and enjoy the lush views from Farewell Spit to Separation Point. Whilst stargazing you can catch both the Pillar Point and Farewell Spit lighthouses.
