The Cottage is separated from the main house by lawn . It is spacious and open plan, surrounded by orchards and farmland. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. There is a private deck to enjoy a glass of Wine.Good Wi-Fi. The cottage is well appointed with an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. You will be the only guests It is a 30.Min. drive to Motueka, or 50 minutes to Nelson. Abel Tasman, Kahurangi and Nelson Lakes National parks are easy to reach,it is on the great taste bike trail.

Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.
