Just 5 minutes by car to airport, beach, 10 minutes to central Nelson or Richmond and less than an hour to Abel Tasman National Park.

Industrial Shed apartments with simply stunning views. Situated on the Waimea inlet. This apartment is a converted industrial warehouse that is situated on our family farm. We have Water access to the inlet from the front of the property. You have private access , plenty of parking and have this space to yourself. You have a outdoor bath and fire, plenty of outdoor spaces to unwind, relax & enjoy. Please feel free to bring your well behaved pet. Now featuring Starlink high speed Internet.

Beach Front Stunning Location Best views, located directly opposite the ocean our lower floor 2 bedroom apartment is set in an idyllic location in the National Park. Relax on your own covered deck. BBQ while watching the tide. Room for 6 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double and a bunk room) with a fold down queen size bed in living room, open plan living / Kitchen area, great indoor outdoor flow. 10 minutes walk to Abel Tasman walking track, shop/booking office, cafe/bar 200m along road.

Sea Views, Stunning Sunsets, Comfy Apartment

Situated on Nelsons popular waterfront our roomy lower level apartment is close the beach & city. We believe it's the little things that count when staying in holiday accommodation so we have equipped our apartment with luxury linen, furnishings, Smart TV with Neon, Prime and Disney channel , Nespresso machine, BBQ and Wifi. A new modern ensuite with dump shower. You won't be disappointed. Please note we will not except any bookings from individuals under the age of 20

Inner City Charm

Inner City Charm is a home away from home! We are situated within a 5 minute flat walk to the CBD, close to cafés, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Perfect if you are travelling without a car. The entire apartment has recently been renovated, offering a fresh new look, comfy bed, full kitchen and laundry facilities, and free tea and coffee, making your stay enjoyable and easy. Inner City Charm is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Oceanfront- Stunning views!

Beautiful studio apartment with large deck overlooking Tasman Bay. Enjoy gorgeous sunrises from your Giant Super King bed or the estuary views whilst having a BBQ on the balcony. We have just refreshed the apartment with new carpet and blackout thermal curtains for your comfort. Access down the stairs is straight onto the walking path and beach. This place is perfect for a peaceful romantic getaway or a launch pad for the adventures that await nearby.

The Cliffs Apartment

A 90m2 self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off-street parking and a private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views of the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes drive to CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are within walking distance of the waterfront cafes, restaurants, and Tahuna Beach.

Executive's Pad

This is a large modern apartment on the lower level of our own house. Private hill location in a quiet street. Separate entry to the apartment with total privacy. Secure off street car parking in an enclosed yard with a motorised gate. It has a kitchenette, and has one large bedroom with en-suite, and also a separate large lounge. Great audio and TV system. Private deck with amazing views. BBQ & laundry are available on request.

New refit just complete, carpet, drapes, paint. 2 mins walk to the city centre with views of the Nelson Cathedral and Grampians.
