Located on a working farm but in its own private setting. The house has bedroom with river views, bathroom, kitchen, living area, al fresco area with BBQ & second refrigerator. Excellent trout fishing (in season), 15 minutes to Tarana, 15 minutes to Oberon, 30 minutes to Mayfield Gardens, 45 Mins to Jenolan Caves.

Get away from the city and enjoy a peaceful getaway with loved ones or friends in the stunning O'Connell Valley. Flat Rock Retreat is situated just 90 metres from the iconic Fish River, which is renowned from it's Trout fishing and beauty. Flat Retreat is located 28kms from Bathurst and 25km from Oberon. The Hill Station is in the heart of the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area, immediately adjacent to the Mt. Tomah Botanic Gardens. The renovated cabin is set in an acre of gardens and is an ideal retreat for a couple. The cabin has a Living/Bedroom area with one queen bed, a sunny Kitchen and a new Bathroom. There are cafes nearby, the Botanic Gardens are a short walk, and the main towns of the Blue Mountains are 20 minutes drive away.
