Our studio apt has an industrial loft feel, w/garage-door window, exposed pipes & soundproofing. Clean & bright, with dedicated entrance, open floor plan, kitchenette (microwave only) & clawfoot tub/shower. Noise from above is likely. Because of the noise transfer, we are limited to no more than 2 guests at any time. We are in a very quiet neighborhood so it is not a good fit for folks who want to come and go at all hours of the night. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind in/on premises.

This one bedroom 1926 charmer located in chill, eclectic, historic neighborhood, Lindley Park, is within easy walking distance to the beautiful 17-acre Greensboro Arboretum and "The Corner" with over a dozen restaurants, bars, sandwich, and coffee shops.
