This is a 17.5 sqm studio-type unit , inside a private compound . Parking slots inside the compound is a few steps away to the unit. We are located at Panganiban Compound , SVD Road ,walk away from Starbucks (Downhill) and that stretch with choices of resto in scenic view of Taal Lake.
