Special homestay outside of Hà Giang city, a convenient distance to the local market, bus station, restaurants, and pharmacies (walkable, although there are also bicycles available to borrow) but nestled in a quiet, lush village. The whole family is very sweet and earnest, and chú Anh in particular is very knowledgeable and connected within the community. The river behind the house is a favorite swimming spot amongst the local kids. Don't miss out on the communal dinners, a generous spread of vegetarian, fish, and meat dishes, accompanied by homegrown rice. Filtered mountain spring water on tap was a blessing. Truly the perfect place for relaxation and exploration; I look forward to returning.

Excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Très propre et bien entretenu, il est également facile d’accès, ce qui rend l’arrivée très pratique. La flexibilité pour l’arrivée et la possibilité de laisser nos affaires le temps de faire la loop ont été un vrai plus. Parfait pour un séjour sans stress. Pas proche du centre mais pas loin du tout, surtout si vous louez un scooter. Je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce logement niché en plein cœur de la nature, entre forêt et rivière. Cette famille est d’une gentillesse authentique et revigorante. Nous avons été aidés pour chacune de nos démarches dans la préparation de notre Ha Giang Loop. Sans cette aide précieuse, notre voyage n’aurait pas eu la même saveur. L’ambiance cocooning des lieux nous a réconforté au-delà de ce qu’on aurait pu espérer. Les repas étaient délicieux et généreux. À l’avenir, cet endroit risque de ressembler encore plus à l’image qu’on se fait d’un rêve éveillé. (PS : N’hésitez pas à partager un moment avec les hôtes, en faisant au moins l’effort de parler une langue commune à tous. Alors, trinquer autour d’un verre d’Happy Water deviendra rapidement un plaisir.) Merci pour tout 🙏

This place was a highlight for our family on our three week travels through Vietnam. After we arrived on our very long sleeper bus ride (not recommended) we were escorted by the family to our peaceful room with a river view. An absolutely delicious local menu meal was served using all of their organic farmgrown vegetables and meat. They also had wonderful vegetarian food available too. They served a huge variety of food and some of the tastes were definitely new and delicious to our palette. We took the bikes for many rides through the neighbouring towns where the locals were quick to smile. A very beautiful and peaceful people where all of the families care about one another and live in close community. It was not hard to feel very much at home. The Homestay was a great refuge after our adventures to unwind and chill with a beer or refreshment. The local cashew nuts were incredible. We ate all of their supply and were gifted the last bag as we left.

Dong hat uns sehr gut betreut während unseres Aufenthaltes in dieser schönen, abgelegenen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Jeden Tag auf der Terasse gegenüber den Reisterassen zu verbringen war ein Geschenk. Hoan und die Frau vor Ort haben uns mit gutem und ausreichendem Essen versorgt. Die Kommunikation lief über Google Translate und sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein ganz besonderer Ort. Dong organisiert alles für dich, von An- und Abreise über Wanderungen etc. Ein super Service. Danke!

The place was beautiful and so peaceful. Was supposed to stay only a couple nights but ended up extending my stay every day, just couldn’t get enough of this place. Anh was very friendly and welcoming, always available if in need. His family also! It was a pleasure staying here and will definitely be back when in Vietnam🇻🇳😁
