I had the pleasure of staying at Hai's apartment, and it was a wonderful experience. Hai was an incredibly attentive and helpful host, always responding promptly to any questions or concerns I had. The apartment was not only beautiful but also spotless and well-equipped. I highly recommend Hai's place and would gladly book with him again!

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

Huy is an outstanding host, always responding promptly and showing incredible attention to detail, like setting the door lock code to match the guest’s phone number. I was deeply touched by the thoughtful gift and note at check-in and the refreshing sugarcane juice at check-out. They also allowed early check-in to fit my schedule and graciously accommodated a very late check-out. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, well-maintained, and spotless. It’s hard to believe such a large and high-quality property is available at this price. The location was perfect, with a golf course just 10 minutes away by car, a market right in front, and Grab rides arriving instantly. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and massage parlors were all within easy reach. If I return to Ho Chi Minh City, I’ll definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this amazing accommodation!

The place is great if you are looking for something pretty close both to the airport and the popular spots in the city. Host was responsive and provided us a number to contact in case of any problem. They live nearby so will be convenient to help when needed.

Had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hai's place during the start and end of my first trip to Vietnam. She was such a friendly host and communicated well throughout my two stays. Her place was also well equipped and having the washing machine and dryer was a very nice bonus! Would highly recommend.

I needed a super quick and convinient place near the airport on a one night stopover and this was perfect for that. Host was responsive and I booked it the same day I was arriving. You could probably walk to the airport however I opted for a short grab (~50k vnd) Didn't get time to checkout the other amenities in the building.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Transit in HCMC. Schnelle Anbindung an den Flughafen und in die Stadt. Die Unterkunft hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Flughafen und in die Stadt. Der Rooftoppool eignet sich super um am Abend zu entspannen. Die Unterkunft wird 24/7 betreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is the best place if you need to take an early flight. The apartment is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend it!

I had some hiccups checking in like the door code was not giving ahead of time so that had to be acquired when I got there. There is not enough towels so there needs to be more given. The place is exactly as described. It was clean and pretty. The location was great with a lot of food places and coffee shops around. I definitely would recommend this place.

Lala was responsive and helped us fix any problems as fast as possible. The location was good as well, many restaurants and cafes nearby. As we had a pretty long stay, we were offered weekly cleaning service and that was super helpful.

Third time staying in this wonderful home away from home. Would recommend so highly to anyone visiting HCMC. Will be back (soon)!

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

What a great place to stay in Ho Chi Min. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the main part of town. The unit is very comfortable with great beds and a great common room to have a few drinks at the end of the day. There is also a great pizza place at the front of the complex called 4P Pizza. Try the lasagne and the 4 cheese pizza. We went there 3 times it was so good. Would stay at this unit again if I ever return to HCM.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne
