Very unique place, staircase only so no elevator to the second floor for large luggage but no problem for us. Really Cool.

Five stars from me. Nice location near the Saigon River and two jazz clubs. Very clean, the check-in and checkout procedures were clear. All electronics and appliances worked and have instructions. Enjoyed the private balcony overlooking Ho Chi Minh City.

We had great comfortable stay at Kim’s place, nice and clean room. We felt like we are at home. Kim was very responsive throughout our stay, if you are in ho chi minh and want to stay out of city noise than i will suggest you to try Kim place.

Huy’s place was great! Primo air conditioning, tidy and clean apartment. Perfect for what we needed as we were in and out all day and I appreciated Huy being extra accomodating to our requests. Highly recommend! There were a few comments about cleanliness of the stairwell, personally I had no issues with this as this apartment was no reflection of this whatsoever. Just a part of staying right in the middle of a large city I guess! Thank you Huy we will be back.

The room's upstairs from the café and surrounded by greenery. The environment's really nice. It looks just like the photos, with a dark style. They'd already turned on the AC before I got in. So thoughtful! It's a self - check - in process, and the info's super clear. The staff at the café downstairs are also really friendly.

Greatly appreciate Linh’s proactive approach. Very responsive in his replies and always make you feel comfortable by anticipating your needs. Will definitely recommend. Will be back.

David was an amazing host. He was very responsive and even helped with our transportation to the Airbnb from the airport. Overall the apartment was beautiful, close to the city center and a convenient location for us to explore
