We had a pleasant stay in Kensington. The complex has a laundry service, mini mart, and small restaurant. It also has a great pool and fitness centre. The staff at the apartment complex are friendly and greeted us all the time. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again in the future.

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

We had a wonderful stay at Nowy’s place. The place was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the stunning views from the balcony, the convenient location close to the Mall’s and the host's warm hospitality. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Air panas nya sangat baik bukan hanya di kamar mandi tetapi juga di semua keran, sampai ke keran cuci piring. terdapat mesin cuci. parkir gratis. fasilitas lengkap. A rare find; spacious unit and easy access to shopping mall (although not many tenants in there, but there are minimarkets). The unit is clean and comes with a private elevator. Close to Senayan and GBK. Bus stop is conveniently located across the mall, and Kebayoran Station is just two bus stops away. Overall, we are satisfied with the unit. Thank you.

The place was good… Spacious for 6 person… The pool clean, helpfull security, nice city view at night. and get some snacks for complimentary… Very recomended. Thank you :)

My family and I spent the weekend in Jakarta while attending a family event and felt right at home from the get go. As a group of 8, we were happy to have some privacy in each of the 4 rooms and enjoyed the living/dinning area during communal times. As a group, we appreciated having access to 3 full bathrooms, oh, and the shower pressure was excellent! Endah was also very responsive and attentive to our questions, before and during our stay. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation & would recommend Endah's place to out-of-town families of 8 planning come and visit the capital.

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

Great stay, dealt with lovely folks who made our stay easier than expected. Place was easy to find, central to the area I hoped. The place is also really lovely, only notes that the living area can get quite warm even with AC, there’s a lot of ants so you can’t leave any food around in the open at all and some amenities are quite dated but nevertheless everything worked out well and was comfortable (especially living room).

Rumahnya nyaman. Bersih. Sesuai deskripsi. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

I had a family eid vacation stay at Casa de Victoria by Kaca Stay in South Jakarta and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and immaculately clean. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city, we especially loved the rooftop terrace and pool. We highly recommend staying here and would love to be back with another family vacation.

الحقيقة أنها من أجمل الشقق التي سكنتها. موقعها رائع في قلب جاكرتا، داخل مول كوتا كازابلانكا، برج مونتريال. الشقة آمنة للصعود والدخول إلى المول بالبطاقة. كما أن جميع العاملين في البرج يستقبلونك بابتسامة. كل الشكر والتقدير للمضيفة، السيدة كومالا، فقد كانت لطيفة ومرنة في التعامل. الشقة مزودة بجميع المستلزمات التي تحتاجها أثناء إقامتك. فقط أحضر ملابسك. بلا شك، سأختار هذه الشقة عندما أعود إلى جاكرتا مرة أخرى.

Do you need a clean apartment in the very center? This is the place for you!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The view is great and the kitchen has everything needed. With just light ear protection it's quiet enough to sleep comfortably despite the common noises in Jakarta. Lot's of security and safety. It's clean and *No* cockroaches - I have been in a few places in Jakarta, and there are many places with roach infestations. Sherilyns place is a good one without those bugs - so go ahead and book, if that's important for you.

tempatnya sangat nyaman.. tempat tidur bersih, kamar mandi bersih , peralatan dapur bersih. berasa kayak dirumah. lokasi juga sangat strategis , turun kebawah langsung mall cp jadi pas banget kalau kt bawa anak ataupun orang tua ga perlu susah2 untuk cari makan dan main di mall. kita disediakan juga alat makan dan minum yang semuanya bersih dan tertata rapih. pasti akan kembali lagi ketempat ini.

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨
