Evgeniy's place was a great spot to spend a few days in Hollywood beach. The pool and the back deck offered a great gathering space to hangout while getting some relief from the Florida sun. The house was clean and Evgeniy was very responsive with the few questions I did have.

We had a great time in this house. We’ve used the pool a lot and fishing in the canal was a lot of fun. The house is spacious and very clean. Kitchen had all the supplies and was easy and pleasant to use. It’s a great house for a family.

This was a great place with a great location. Very convenient to the stores, only about 15-20 mins drive to the beach, and the pool was kept clean.

This home far exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn’t do the justice this home deserves. The place is absolutely gorgeous. It’s spacious, modern, and in pristine condition. The outdoor space was a true oasis. The pool was beautiful and heated! The neighborhood is quiet, and close to everything you need in Fort Lauderdale. My family felt right at home. We weren’t ready to leave. This is definitely our go to home whenever we come back. Our host was responsive and friendly. I have zero complaints!

Hermosa casa, sobre todo lo que hay que destacar es el patio trasero con su piscina hermosa y la vista al canal, no tiene desperdicio. La casa si es un poco antigua y creo que le falta mantenimiento, pero volvería. A 10 minutos de la playa de Hollywood y a 25 de fort lauderdale, en auto.

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and the pool/ping pong table! We were a group of 9 and felt like we had plenty of space. Host was attentive, responsive and helpful! We hope to be able to come back and stay at the house again!

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the location was fantastic. Everything you may need is basically a 4-8 minute drive away. I also loved the outdoor spaces - the waterfront and the screened swimming pool with beautiful views, and that the house is always bright and well lit thanks to its big windows. The hosts were very kind and responsive and always happy to accommodate our needs. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Dmitrii’s place! The home was spacious and perfect for a group of friends — the rooms were a great size, and the overall layout made it super comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool as we were constantly on the go exploring the city, but it looked very inviting — hopefully next time! The unit was very clean and modern, and had great amenities - including the nice (small-ish) pool out back to the well appointed kitchen, large TV, comfortable sitting areas, washer/dryer, and 2.5 baths, 3 BRs on two levels. Easy directions, easy to find, centrally located - you can walk to the heart of the Design District in about 4 blocks. The immediate surrounding neighborhood is a bit scrappy, a lot of litter everywhere for the first couple blocks and some pretty rundown homes. But Melissa's unit and some other similar ones on the block are modern and nice, and once inside the unit, it's very clean, pleasant and modern. It's also centrally located to easily get to some cool spots in Wynwood and other neighborhoods. Also not far to the airport. We'd recommend but be mindful of the immediate surroundings.

The pool and backyard were absolutely stunning with gorgeous landscaping; we spent so much time just relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—just a short drive to a quiet, amazing beach with great snorkeling. One of the highlights of our trip was simply being able to enjoy the serene setting both at the beach and back at the house. The host truly went above and beyond by thoughtfully providing a puddle jumper for our little one to use in the pool—it made a big difference and was so appreciated. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

We had the most amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean and well-maintained the space was. The house itself was beautiful and so well taken care of. The pool is very clean a super private. With so many thoughtful poolside furniture and additions, such as floaters, blow ups, pool noodles and beach balls. We spent hours lounging by the pool, and it truly felt like a little oasis. What made this unique were all the thoughtful amenities provided. From plush towels to a fully stocked kitchen, the host thought of everything to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. David’s place was exactly as described and in a great location. We had a couple of very minor issues and David was quick to respond and address. Beds were all very comfortable, TV came with David’s YouTube TV account, plenty of outside spots in shade or sun and heated pool was definitely a plus. Only nitpick was couch was average quality but I do qualify that as a nitpick. We stayed a month and would definitely stay there again .

We were in Sunrise for a youth soccer tournament and had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The home offers plenty to keep kids entertained and off their electronics. The place was clean, the pool was heated, and the location is convenient. It was quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything we needed. I went for a walk and all the neighbors were very friendly. Owner was prompt to respond. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located spot to stay.

Justin’s house was great for our girls trip! There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved the heated pool and distance to the beach. We had a few minor issues upon check-in and Justin was super quick to respond and send someone over to address and resolve the issues and he even accommodated our early check-in and late check-out requests with ease.
