Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Cambridge Farm Cottage with view

The cottage overlooks the farm, with a deck in the backyard, lemon tree and view of farm animals. (We breed horse and cattle) We’re a mere 6km drive from the centre of Cambridge and are right off the Waikato Expressway, making this the ideal location for your Waikato adventures. The Velodrome is just down the road which takes you past a great cafe and garden centre and Karapiro Domain is only 14km away. There are bike paths nearby as an alternative way to explore as well.

Executive Apartment in Tamahere

Come and enjoy our private, modern two bedroom apartment, quiet and private with its own entrance. Located perfectly just 10 mins drive from central Hamilton and also 10 mins from the airport, Mystery Creek, the Velodrome, Hamilton Gardens, Waikato Uni and Ruakura. It is fully self contained with a modern kitchen and spacious living area. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Only 1.2kms off the Waikato River Trail it is a perfect base for those wanting to explore by bike.

River View Cottage

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

The Cottage at The Willows, Cambridge, Waikato

Relax in your own space in this super comfortable and cozy one bedroom cottage. Wake up to the views across the neighboring horse farm. Enjoy all amenities with full kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and bathroom. Space for extra guests with the clever use of a pull down bed in the living area. Breakfast supplies provided, with eggs from the free ranging chickens on the property. An easy 5 min drive in to explore Cambridge, and all the area offers.

Entire gound floor, self-contained

Beautifully renovated house in Tamahere. Peaceful farm surroundings. Owners family lives on top floor with separate entrance. Guest floor has 3 x double bedrooms, lounge, bathroom. laundry/ kitchenette and a forth single bedroom / office. There is also two single fold out beds available on request which can be made up in the queen bedrooms. Pets possible by negotiation please ask, we have 2 acres. Around 5km to Hamilton Airport

Peaceful cottage in beautiful bush gully

Tranquil self-contained 56m2 cottage in private woodland paradise, but minutes from the action. Nestled in our native bush gully and overlooking the spring-fed ponds, this is the perfect space to relax. Large queen bedroom, kitchenette, dining area and lounge with double sofa bed, plus portable single folding bed. Sheltered balcony with barbeque overlooking the garden and lakes. Lots of parking and secure storage available.

Gorgeous 1 bedroom cottage set on peaceful lifestyle property. Located about half way between Hamilton and Cambridge, central to most Waikato events and attractions. Option to sleep up to 4 people with pull out sofa bed in the living area. Paddock or yards for horse(s) available on request plus plenty of space for parking floats or horse trucks. Sky TV & wifi included.
