Our farm stay offers 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom full kitchen, lounge/dining, outdoor fireplace/pizza oven. Plenty of room for the family!

Accommodates 7 guests over 4 rooms and 1 bathroom. Option to add master suite and ensuite $200 extra per night to accommodate 9 . NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES. POLICE WILL BE CALLED BY NEIGHBOURS, IF NUMBER OF GUESTS IS NOT CORRECT AND IF NOISE LEVEL IS LOUD. Spa pool, BBQ over looking Lake Karapiro. Large kitchen. TV. Free wifi. My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is very conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Arapuni Suspension bridge , Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside Adventures and Red Barn wedding venue

5 minutes Walk to waikato hospital ground. 10 minutes walk to Braemar hospital. 5 minutes drive to the city center.This is a 2 bedroom one bathroom townhouse, it has one free parking space. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed , the 2nd bedroom has a set of king single bunk beds. (The bunks are rated for a max weight of 85kg each) .There is a fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, 4 plate cooktop and small microwave. There is air conditioning in the living room.

Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. Also a concept 2 rowing machine, and 2 bicycles.
