Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

This unique cottage is a great getaway with ample parking for cars and boats. It is located 3 miles up the road from Paces Point boat ramp. New Waters church is 1-1/2 miles away. 30 minutes from Auburn and located centrally for all activities on the lake. 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two “locals choice” restaurants are within 2 miles and many more around this area of the lake. Our kitchen is a small efficiency WITHOUT a dishwasher but has all the pots, pans and things needed.

This 1 BR 900sq ft of charm with porches on 3 sides includes hot tub, TV, propane/charcoal grill, rocking chairs, & open sundeck area. The front porch is large and high enough to play a fun game of cornhole with friends or family. Plenty of parking, even if you are trailering a boat, with boat ramp access only two houses away. Enjoy the stress free atmosphere while you sit on the porch and listen to the creek, sounds of nature and watch for Bald Eagles or Osprey fishing in the slough.

A short 5 minutes walk if you choose to just walk there. Home has everything you need, including your own boat slip, while away on your Lake Martin getaway. If off season and a football fan, Auburn is just a short 20 mile drive away. Lake Martin is also known for great fishing and many hiking areas you can enjoy.

Relax on the covered porch , by the fire pit, fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock.
