One queen bed, two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa bed for up to 5 guests. One full bath, one half bath, and washer/dryer. Beautiful NE location, 7 min to Target/Publix, 15 min to I-10, 30 min to FSU stadium, 20 min to Tom Brown park.

Historic Briarcliffe Cottage

This quaint two-bedroom stone cottage has all the comforts of home. It was built by a Scottish architect in 1939 with limestone quarried nearby in Wakulla. Full of historic charm; it is listed on the local historic registry & has been lovingly restored and furnished for use as a guest house. Beautiful hardwood floors, original artwork, and modern touches for guest comfort. Close to downtown, approximately 1 mile from the capital building and 1.5 miles from FSU in historic Old Town.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

Minutes from downtown, museums, and natural attractions.

The Barn

Country setting just outside the city limits, but yet only 15 minutes to the nearest Publix and about 20 minute to down town Tallahassee. Located on a private dirt road. Very quiet and quaint neighborhood. Please know that after the departure of the previous guest, we not only clean the bedspreads, linens, light switches, and all other surfaces, but we also use an UV light similar to the one used at the Mayo clinic for disinfecting and killing bacteria.

Adorable Tiny House in Midtown Tallahassee

Chez Kat is a Tiny House in charming and popular Midtown Tallahassee. Walking distance to restaurants, Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, schools, and an easy drive to the Capitol, business district and FSU and FAMU. Separate street access and off-street parking, full bathroom, washer/dryer, main floor comfortable trundle bed and sleeping loft for one (one small person, that is). Quiet neighborhood, privacy, and location, location, location!

This unique, secluded, self-catering, stand-alone studio for two is in a quiet rural area, located just outside the city with easy access to all local points of interest and not far from the highway. Kitchnette includes toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, mini fridge/freezer, cookware, china and utensils. Excellent for a weekend getaway or extended stay in Tallahassee. Note the property is smoke free.

Located in the heart of Betton Hills, one of Tallahassee’s most established and convenient locations (2.5 miles from FSU, Downtown and FAMU and only 0.5 miles from TMH) this private pool suite is a single bedroom efficiency with private entrance (the pool house is located in front of the main residence.) There is a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Dedicated parking space.
