Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

Ericson’s place is perfect for families. It has basic necessities and not too far from the city. It’s safe since it’s inside the subdivision. Host also responds quickly to queries and requests. Thanks, Jonalyn for opening up your home to us. We had somewhat of a family gathering and stayed a week. We loved the place. Huge double lot, pool and kids pool. Spacious and clean. Loads of stuff to do. Huge parking space. We had some trouble with the water - we might not have been doing it right, but Jonalyn came over and helped us out whenever we needed - thanks again! The place is pretty close to the Save More - and with the fully equipped kitchen, I reckon it’s a great place to unwind, have a BBQ in the al fresco area, cook out! The place is great for a family. Can’t thank you enough!

The location was convenient and peaceful, and the host was absolutely outstanding — responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless. Communication was clear and prompt, and we truly felt cared for throughout the entire visit. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience. Thank you for your incredible hospitality!

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

Check In: They were kind enough to let us check in early with no additional charge and we were lucky too since there’s no guests before us. Best to ask the host politely first if early check in is possible. Communication: Very responsive and helpful. Quickly replies to inquiries and concerns. Very friendly indeed and approachable. Location: Tricky to find if it’s your first time inside Lumina Homes but once you found it, it’s easy to get to upon entering the gate of Lumina Homes. Lots of stores nearby and in every block. Amenities: Considering that the place is new, it still has rooms for improvement in the long run. Take note that the home doesn’t have WiFi yet and data signal is unstable inside the house at times (not always tho). It does have the basics (Essentials for bathing, bed, electric fan, water dispenser, AC, kitchen utensils) and that was enough for us. Cleanliness: Again, given the fact that the home is still new, there were still ongoing improvements.

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

This house was exactly as described. We had a big group and the house had enough beds for everyone. The open living room and kitchen was spacious and despite the big group never seemed crowded. I really loved this house and will rent again next time in Bacolod.

The place was very clean, and the host was responsive with clear instructions, making the place easy to find. The amenities were just as described, and the location was peaceful and private. I would recommend bringing a car as public transportation and shuttle services can be limited, especially on weekends. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Silay City! Traveling with family—and especially with an infant—comfort and convenience are so important, and this place absolutely delivered. The house was not only clean and spacious, but also beautifully designed, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere that felt like home. What really stood out was how proactive and thoughtful the host was. Despite my hectic schedule, the check-in process was completely seamless. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, which made such a difference while traveling with a little one. Overall, it was the perfect home base for our family. We felt well taken care of and completely at ease. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Silay—especially families looking for a cozy, well-designed space with a truly attentive host!

Noel John's place is very spacious, clean and perfect for events and family getaway. Location is great, near to the city center.

Everything was great…a nice peaceful stay…able to get stuff from across the street. Go eat out and place was secure. Host was nice and very attentive. Would recommend to anyone. 5 stars
