Amazing Home in Donner! Close to the equestrian center, sledding park, private trout creek lodge, 2 private golf courses and driving range, tennis, 3 pools with kid-friendly slides, bike/ hiking trails, kayaking, water skiing, private beach, and boat launch. Tahoe Donner Association offers a full Gym complete with spa, massage, sauna, year-round heated pool, and hot tub. Donner Ski Resort and the lake are both within minutes. Home is newly renovated and a perfect retreat in the Tahoe Mountains!

Amazing Cabin w/ Soaking Tub, Woodstove!

Cleanest and Newest Home in Tahoe! Relax in this architecturally interesting, immaculate, and spacious home. The spa-like master bedroom includes a large soaking tub, a tile shower with two powerful shower heads, and a KING bed. The cozy, light-filled guestroom with QUEEN bed and custom bathroom is the perfect retreat. Fully stocked, the modern kitchen will inspire gourmet meals. With its vaulted ceiling, QUEEN bed, and smart entertainment, the living room is perfect for apres and movie night.

Skiview Retreat: 9 beds, Game Room, Fireplace

Tucked away on a quiet wooded lot in Tahoe Donner's world-class resort neighborhood, there's plenty to enjoy inside and outside our cabin. This is a 2,900 sq foot home, with multiple areas for groups to spread out and relax. From the open living area with a wood burning fireplace to the large kitchen, cozy loft, game room, and private office. Bedrooms include a bunk room, two main level / easy access rooms, and extra sleeping in the game room. Kids love the bunks, PS5, and pool table room!

Luxury for two in Tahoe City - Panoramic Lake View

This PANORAMIC LAKEVIEW home has everything you are looking for in a North Lake Tahoe retreat. California rustic design with all top shelf materials and finishes. Gourmet custom kitchen and large well placed windows to catch the magnificent lake views. Luxury getaway for two adults (please inquire if you are traveling with a child). Enjoy a beautiful Tahoe Donner home with excellent views of Northstar and Mt. Rose. Brand new hot tub, fireplace, central AC. Enjoy an acre of prime mountain, with two raised decks. Easy access to Tahoe Donner amenities, north lake ski resorts, and the regions recreation. It Doesn't Get Any Better - Downtown + Riverfront!

Downtown Truckee and RIVERFRONT! Historic home tastefully remodeled and furnished. Walk to all downtown has to offer, yet feel alone in your private riverfront oasis. Truckee Tahoe Paradise

Centrally located home, 4 Queen Beds, attached garage and driveway. Natural Light. Underground utilities (power outages are rare). Conveniently is 2.2 miles from Downtown Truckee (1.8-mile paved trail). NorthStar Ski Resort is 15 mins (8.4 miles) and Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley Ski Resort) is 19 mins away (13.9 miles). Trails for snowshoeing, cross country, sledding, biking, and hiking. Donner Lake is a 9 min drive and Lake Tahoe is 19 mins away. Air Purifier on at all times.

Welcome to your sunny home in the beautiful Tahoe Truckee Sierras! Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).

Welcome to our Tahoe Donner retreat — a 4BD home with office that sleeps 12, made for groups, families, and ski trips. Private hot tub, AC (rare in Tahoe), 3.5 baths, huge deck, EV charger, and business-grade WiFi with three desk setups for remote work. We're 10 min from Donner Lake and downtown Truckee, 20 min to Palisades Tahoe and Northstar. Guests can also access Tahoe Donner's private amenity package — XC skiing, beach club, pools, golf — and the public trails network.

Beautiful Large Home with Arcade Games

***Noise Guidelines and Quiet Hours Disclosure: No outdoor presence, activities, or outdoor lights are allowed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Our property is best suited for family groups seeking a calm, quiet retreat. We aim to minimize disturbances to our neighbors and comply with local STR guidelines. Perfect Tahoe Donner location

Great for the family with single-level living plus a loft. Full kitchen and dining area, Wi-fi (gig speed), and large sunroom to enjoy the mountain views. ***absolutely No EV Charging available even with a standard plug in. 20 minutes to North Star and Palisades. FYI: Just so you know, as of 1/1/21 the town of Truckee has added occupancy taxes for short-term rentals. This 13.25% tax has been added to the daily rate.
