Quiet and private, yet only three short blocks to all that Proctor has to offer (dining, shopping, farmers market, bars, groceries and more!) and just a half mile from the UPS Campus. You'll be within a few miles of the hospitals, which makes this a great location for traveling medical staff. If you enjoy nightlife, we are a three-minute drive to the 6th Ave District, and seven minute drive to Point Ruston.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

Unwind in this bright, spacious studio, sleeping in the cozy, queen size bed. Less than a mile away you’ll find the Pt Ruston waterfront – enjoy a movie, eat, shop, play. An even shorter walk in the other direction will take you to our award winning zoo, beautiful rose and dahlia gardens, and peaceful duck pond.

Check out the farmers' market on Saturdays at Bainbridge Performing Arts. You have space to park one car in the carport.

Charming private outdoor courtyard area is the perfect place to spend quiet time with your gourmet coffee or favorite wine. This property is NOT pet friendly.

Just under 1 mile to Tacoma Dome, short drive/bus to Downtown & Point Defiance, easy access to freeway.

North End Backyard Cottage

Brand New ADU in North Tacoma’s Proctor District. Designed to maximize space with an open kitchen & living area. 1 bed/1 bath with the option to sleep 2 more on the pull out sofa in the living room. Walk to near by University of Puget Sound and restaurants/shops/farmers market on Proctor. 5-10 minute drive to Tacoma’s waterfront or Point Defiance. 45 minute(ish) drive to Seattle. 30 minute(ish) drive to Olympia.
