Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. Teresa y Jorge son unos anfitriones maravillosos, que nos han mimado durante toda nuestra estancia. Están siempre disponibles y buscando satisfacer cualquier deseo o necesidas que pudieramos tener. La casa es realmente peculiar y especial, llena de historia y bonita decoración, antiguedades y detalles exquisitos. Niños y adultos hemos estado tan cómodos con la piscina, el clima, la barbacoa, el mobiliario exterior,... que hemos disfrutado más la casa que las obligadas visitas turísticas de la ciudad e la zona. Recomendable al 100%

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Make time to taste the wine that is made right on property, as well as the small local wineries. I personally found these wines tasted better than the big ones because the wines were made with more passion and heart into the art of wine making. Beautiful home, beautiful place and I hope to come back one day. Recommended to not have a large vehicle as the roads can be quite narrow.

A beautiful location and property in the hills of the Douro. the house and grounds are all kept in great condition. marina was really helpful with organizing food being delivered to the property and local transport as needed. I'd highly recommend visiting during the summer months to fully enjoy the pool and outdoor spaces.

Adorámos a casa e espaço. As fotos não fazem justiça à casa. Excelente espaço para o cão estar no exterior solto. Tivemos privacidade total. Bons trilhos e paisagens à volta para passear. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos proprietários! Iremos voltar certamente.

Cannot say enough about this place, its everything it says and lots more. The ladies that service the property along with preparing breakfasts were simply awesome. Aurora's chocolate cake was a hit, and we had it for dessert and breakfast! The location and views are postcard perfect and that comes with some nervous driving to get there, but once you know the quirks really not that bad, just be careful. Highly recommending this to friends that are planning a trip to this beautiful part of the world.

We had never been to this area so we’re glad we rented a car in order to take a few side trips to some wineries. The place is modern, spacious and very clean. We especially liked the balcony overlooking the River. It would be helpful for more complete instructions in the “welcome book” for how to work appliances. We only used the washer/dryer but there are some great items to use in the kitchen. Beautiful apartment!

Je krijgt meer dan je ziet. Zeer rustig en in prachtige omgeving. De host is bescheiden en netjes. Uitmuntend. Minstens 6 sterren.

Die superschöne Anlage ist eine Oase im etwas trubeligen Umfeld der Stadt Vila Real. Ins und ihre Leute sind sehr freundlich und extrem nett, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Jeden Morgen wird frisches Brot ans Haus gebracht, toller Service, auch die tägliche Reinigung des Bungalows ist sehr angenehm. Die Gartenflächen sind sehr gut gepflegt, der Pool wird täglich gereinigt, das Wasser ist superklar und erfrischend. Unser Bungalow war geräumiger als es auf den Bildern aussah und durch die dicken Granitwände auch bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur wunderbar kühl. Die Ausflugstipps sind liebevoll gezeichnet und gut durchdacht. Alles in allem hatten wir zu viert eine wunderbare Woche bei Ines. Vielen Dank!

Fue una estancia muy agradable! Estaba todo súper limpio, algo que nosotros valoramos mucho! El tener donde aparcar el coche al lado de casa, con una plaza propia nos pareció fenomenal!

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of charming Vila Real. The place had everything we needed and was an important factor in our enjoyment of the city and our vacation. Highly recommended.

Staff was wonderful, very helpful and responsive. We had a delightful wine tasting. They set up a taxi to take us to town and told us where to have dinner. The small village was extremely charming, we had a great dinner and our taxi driver was waiting to take us back after. The room and property were top notch. the only minor issue we had and it may be our fault, is we were further away from the Douro Valley than we thought. The directions were correct, but I missed my turn into the property, it isnt much of a road and it sneaks up on you. It would be challenging to find at night. But in the end, we were extremely pleased with our experience and very glad we stayed. We would wholeheartedly recommend it!!

Foi uma estadia fantástica, num espaço diferente mas muito acolhedor e perfeito para fugir à cidade. A casa era linda e todas os espaços comuns também. A piscina ótima e perfeita para relaxar com privacidade e no meio da natureza. Obrigada ☺️

This is a large and beautiful apartment! It was super clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals for the two nights I was there. Manuel expressed his wishes for me to be comfortable, and I was! He provided an excellent, savory pastry that I enjoyed for my two lunches while out exploring the Douru Valley. This accommodation is highly recommended!

This place is amazing! The property feels extremely private. There were 4 of us and we felt the house could easily have slept another 4. Everything was spotless. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend going to their restaurant in town, everything was cooked perfectly. The pool was great and we loved using the barbecue. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Casa perfeita para um fim de semana em amigos/familia. Sem dúvida alguma a melhor host que já tivemos. Tudo perfeito do início ao fim, desde a flexibilidade, as recomendações, as respostas rápidas e todo o apoio prestado. Uma palavra também para a Maria, que cozinhou para nós com muita qualidade e um serviço muito próximo. Sentimo-nos literalmente em casa.

I can't say enough about how incredible this Airbnb was, Carla and her property were so beyond expectations. My family and I felt extremely comfortable there, it is remote but absolutely beautiful. We were not able to use the pool, because the weather was a little bit cold. I jumped in for like 20 minutes and even though it was cold it was very nice. Carla was so communicative the entire time we were there, she made lots of helpful suggestions and helped us to book a tour around the Douro Valley and surrounding areas. She and a friend also cooked us breakfast every morning, which was delicious and helped us to start our day. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely return.

O estacionamento é na rua mas é fácil e certo, assim como a confiança do anfitrião ao disponibilizar utensílios e toalhas a vontade — um gesto que merece respeito recíproco. Tive, porém, uma dificuldade inicial: o endereço não foi localizado pelo Google Maps/Waze, já que fica em aldeia rural. Contactei o anfitrião o qual foi prontamente solícito e tudo se resolveu. Apesar desse pequeno desafio logístico, a experiência foi perfeita. Para quem busca conexão da simplicidade com bom custo-benefício, valoriza o respeito pelo espaço e detalhes, bem como, busca uma experiência autêntica e acolhedora, recomendo sem hesitar! Un accueil chaleureux, Dario n'étant pas présent il a passé le relais à 2 personnes dont la femme de ménage à notre grande surprise d'ailleurs, elle nous a apporté un magnifique pain et confiture maison pour notre arrivée. La maison est très propre est agréable fraiche pour l'été parfait ! Provsende est un petit village typique et agréable. Nous avons toujours peur du regard des gens vis a vis de nos chiens et tout c'est très bien passé, il faut juste s'organiseravec Fernanda la femme de ménage pour qu'elle puisse faire son travaille tout les 3,4 jours les lits et serviette de bain son changer. On a été chouchouté comme dans un hôtel ! Le stationnement y est relativement facile, il faut juste ce faire au clocher les dimanches matins lors de la messe 😉. Merci pour tout !

Casa com excelentes comodidades: todos os quartos com casa de banho privativa, cozinha totalmente equipada, piscina fantástica e espaços exteriores excecionais. O Sr. Emídio é um anfitrião excecional, de uma gentileza, amabilidade e generosidade incríveis! Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente em casa e sem vontade de ir embora!

Accueil hors norme: Hote très accueillante et amicale. La communication a été fluide du 1er message échangé jusqu'à la fin du séjour. La maison est nickel et bien équipée. La piscine est un grand plus! En conclusion nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Nous la recontacterons si nous devons séjourner dans la région!
