Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Swansea on the Bay is a large holiday home accommodating up to 8 people very comfortably. Central to all attractions of the east coast, situated in a quiet location - one minute walk to the beach.
