Great place and super cosy. Worth knowing the water heater is on a timer - once you know that it’s not a problem for showers and bath. Loved it.

little gem. really enjoyed our stay at Susan's it was bigger and nicer than the photos. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bed and duvet was so warm and comfortable. We appreciated the heating coming on even though it was end April. lovely walks close by, beach quiet and sandy and the holiday park around the corner had a great pub with good food. Not much in the way of supermarket really close, holiday park v limited for provisions. Would suggest bringing one meal just so you have something if after a long walk you are too tired to go out.

Great stay in a perfect location, especially to sit in the sunshine and watch the world go by on the promenade and beach. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed in Syvona's place several times. It's cozy, warm, conveniently placed with sea views, one minute from a grocery store, and a ten minute walk from Swansea city centre, leisure centre, bus station and shopping mall. It is also on a cycle route around Swansea bay, which connects to other cycle routes through beautiful countryside. The flat itself is comfortable and very quiet, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the sea at high tide a few yards away.

Fantastic place to stay! Everywhere was so clean, both in the apartment and across the local area! Pristine sandy beaches and plenty of spaces to take a break. Only a short train hop from being in the city, perfect for a day of retail therapy. Would love to come back one day

A wonderful few days home from home. The place is amazing- has everything for a comfortable stay. 3 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the town. A perfect place to relax in a peaceful location. Instructions to get in and use anything were spot on. Would certainly come back to the area and book this place again.

Great apartment and location with fabulous views. Host was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Well appointed kitchen too and the balcony was a nice addition too. The car parking space was thankfully a large one.

Absolutely gorgeous setting in a peaceful beautiful part of rural Wales. Lovely to sit by the river and spot otters and birds. The apartment (1of 6 in the Mill) was comfy, warm and very well equipped. We made good use of the hot tub, pool and loved the cool BBQ hut. Christopher was really friendly and welcoming and really knowledgeable about the local area. A great place to stay and explore this part of Wales. Would recommend.

Our stay was great. Ideally located for local amenities, including the fair, shops and places to eat and drink. The apartment is small, but decorated beautifully and is lovely and clean with all the necessary amenities. Nerys was a perfect host, from getting straight back to me to confirm my booking despite it being late at night, to confirming check-in details and thanking us for our stay. Second time staying here, for annual event in the local area. So knew what to expect. Nice space, easy drive to supermarkets and shops, private space. On equestrian farm so nice to look out of window and see the horses. Bit of roadworks and construction going on nearby but during our weekend stay there was no work going on.

This is our second visit to this apartment. We know the area well and this is one of the best spots. The place is very well equipped with loads of little touches that make it extra special. So much thought has gone into making it just right both for people and their dog. Would definitely recommend We will be back

Really nice place and pretty convenient with the road

Great place to stay, spacious and responsive and thoughtful hosts. Appreciate the TVs in each of the rooms to chill out with the kids! Some noise from passers by/those outside in the night, but expected as it’s on the high st and was the last Thursday before xmas day.

We spent a week here and it was absolutely amazing! Shower/bath was great, bed was really comfy! Kitchen was beautiful and surroundings were amazing g with the common horses right at your doorstep!

I had a wonderful stay at Beverley’s place. Everything was clean, comfortable and just as described. Beverley was very kind and helpful throughout, and her communication was excellent. Helen was a lovely host, very gentle soul, great location, and great space. 3 bedrooms which is very good because in total 7 people can sleep. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 2nd bedroom with double bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 more single beds. So 7 beds, also upstairs bathroom and downstairs wet room. Perfect for a large family or group gathering. Few minutes to brecon. Only 1 and half hour to Elan Valley, only 1 and half hour to the coast Aberporth. 20 minutes to Talybont Usk resivours etc. Very good location Kitchen has essentials with cooker fridge and freezer and dishwasher, little dinning table and 2 small sofas, 2 dinning stalls, freeview tv, wifi, and parking. I recommend a stay here. Michelle

We went to watch the 6 nations rugby and the location is so accessible to the city centre. Mary told us all the good locals near to her for food and drink so when we came back after the game we knew exactly where to head. Great host wonderful weekend. I would recommend any future rugby goers to book this place such a great find.

We had great time stay in the property.The room is very cozy and spotless in such wonderful surroundings Lyn&David are charming and friendly .They are the best hosts which you can never wish for. We would definitely stay there again.

Reluctant to leave a review in case too many people want to book when I do! Lovely apartment with outside space. Beautifully furnished with well equipped kitchen and very nice bathroom. Bed was incredibly comfortable with lovely linen. It was so lovely I almost didn't want to go out. Very well situated with Co-op opposite and Tescos within walking distance. Nice Indian restaurant - the Cinnamon inn nearby and several nice pubs. Walking distance to town. Owner was very helpful and gave clear instructions on everything. Could not fault the place and would stay there again if available.
