This is the perfect location in Reykjavik’s West side. Central to everything in that neighborhood yet peaceful. Linda is a great host and responded to all my inquiries right away. Really loved the place. Perfect for one person and enjoyed the guitar and piano. Would stay here again.

Pobyt w NORR Apartment był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Apartament położony jest w urokliwej okolicy starego portu w Reykjaviku, dzięki czemu codziennie mogliśmy cieszyć się spokojną atmosferą i przepięknym widokiem. Lokalizacja okazała się idealna również pod kątem organizowanych wycieczek na obserwację wielorybów – port, z którego wyruszają rejsy, znajdował się dosłownie kilka kroków od apartamentu. Wnętrze mieszkania zachwyca od pierwszego wejrzenia – nowoczesne, ale przytulne, urządzone z dużym wyczuciem stylu i dbałością o detale, zostało doskonale zagospodarowane – salon sprzyjał relaksowi po całym dniu zwiedzania, a prywatna sauna była cudownym dodatkiem, szczególnie po chłodniejszych, islandzkich wieczorach. Sypialnia z łóżkiem typu King size była bardzo wygodna, a przestronny balkon to idealne miejsce na poranną kawę. Apartament bez problemu pomieścił naszą czteroosobową grupę – każdy miał dla siebie wystarczająco dużo przestrzeni. Wszystko było bardzo czyste i przygotowane na

Great place with homey feeling. Perfect parking spots. 30 mins away from the famous Seljalandsfors Waterfall. Supermarket just 2 mins away from the accommodation

Had a quick 2 night stay and this was a perfect location. Minutes from the airport, restaurants and grocery. House had thoughtful items that made the trip easier (lots of charging converters, gaming for the kids, etc). Great stay.

Folks should quit complaining about the smell of the water. Get over it, that is the natural smell of the minerals in the water. The spa was marvelous and gorgeous. Reminded me of Gaudy.

This is the perfect place to stay. Beautiful views, quiet setting - just what we were looking for after long days of hiking.

Fantastic house in a wonderful area. House was well stocked, clean and beautifully designed. The location was remote enough to see the Northern Lights but only 20 mins from the village. Will definitely be returning!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles, was man braucht, ist da: eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein schöner Wohnbereich, geräumige Badezimmer und bequeme Betten. Besonders toll ist der Hot Pot und die Sauna mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und den Fjord. Wir haben uns völlig wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We stayed at Anita's place for a night, and it was a lovely stay. She was responsive when we needed her help finding the place. The cabin is clean and beautiful, towels and toiletries were available as described, and there were some sporadic kitchen ingredients (I recommend bringing your own salt, oil, etc) It's situated a bit further off the town, so there was no light pollution at all. The surroundings are also beautiful and quaint, with some horses on the farm next door. Anita also has several cute, fluffy dogs that are very friendly. Furthermore, Anita actually let us know that there were northern lights just outside the cabin when we were busy preparing dinner (would have definitely missed that otherwise). When we had left, she told us promptly that we probably had missed a bag, which we did, so we managed to come back and pick it up before we drove too far. I totally recommend Anita and her cabins. If we come to Iceland again, we are thinking of coming back to stay here.

Burma’s beautiful home is ideal for anyone who wants two bathrooms (hard to find in Iceland) and plenty of space. It’s in a quaint small town very close to the Golden Circle and not far from Selfoss, which has more substantial amenities. Easy drive to Gullfoss and Geysir, and a small grocery is within walking distance of the house. The views from the sunroom are beautiful. The kitchen is modern, functional, and spacious. The outdoor area, including the hot tub, is wonderful in the evening. The nearby restaurants, including those in Reykholt, are wonderful! We highly recommend this place for people who want extra space and don’t want to stay in the busy capital city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is great! Very cozy and close to the golden circle and Selfoss, which has great restaurants! We especially enjoyed the cozy vibe of the interior furniture and kitchen. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and cold plunge combo. Magnús was really responsive when we had questions, and even got on the phone to walk us through how to fill the hot tub and turn off the lights so we could better view the aurora!

Our stay at Larus’ accommodation was magical. Such a beautiful and restful setting, we felt relaxed instantaneously. The space was spotless with everything considered. The hot tubs and sauna were wonderful luxuries with the verandas thoughtfully sheltered from the breeze and the kayak’s in the lake which our boys enjoyed. The communication from start to when we left was proactive and clear with Kamil kindly meeting us at the cottages to guide us to the house and show us around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Excellent location, a minute's walk to our favourite coffee shop, bakeries, and downtown. Property and facilities were accurately described and very comfortable. The sauna was a big plus. Super prompt and helpful communications, could not have been better. Big thank you, Bjarni!
