The Suwannee River Rest & Adventures

Nestled in Branford, FL, along the scenic Suwannee River in Hatch Bend, this pet friendly, three-bedroom, three-bath lodge is perfect for weekends or extended stays. Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Downstairs offers a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and living space. An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Experience comfort, charm, and Suwannee River beauty at our retreat!

The back deck sits 10 ft from the riverbank. The 4-acre property boasts plenty of mature trees w/ an old railroad bridge pillar for great photos. Frequently visited by deer, owls, & turkey. Just 25 min from Live Oak shopping!

Leave the stressful world behind and recharge in this one-of-a-kind sanctuary filled with crystals, natural beauty, and relaxing vibes. Please note: being in the forest means you may encounter bugs and wildlife.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oasis just mins to Royal Springs. Only a few minutes drive to Royal Springs, or a 30 min scenic walk. We’re also on a private grass strip airfield in case you’d like to fly in with your private plane! Bring your golf cart, boat, or side by side, for a trip that will be talked about for years to come! Also with the airstrip being right out back, look up at the stars! Star gazing is out of this world! RV site on property also available with hookups.

Along with a full functioning kitchen you’ll also be able to play board games in the rec room, or try your hand on the four player arcade loaded with 3000 games to choose from! The greenhouse River Ranch it is a 3000 square-foot four bedroom three bath home on 15 acres with a beautiful panoramic view of the historical Suwanee River in Lafayette County. Completely renovated from top to bottom in 2021 with comfort in mind for friends and family to enjoy. As you enter the gates a short drive through an open field large Hammock oaks and beautiful pines scattered throughout the property. On the ground level there is a outdoor shower bathroom and a full-size fridge.
