This ensuite kitchen and bath feels comfortable and private. We keep the house stocked with everything you need for your stay. It is on the third floor of a remodeled Victorian mansion, so the only space you need to share with others in the common entry stairway. We only have free street parking that gets sweeping on a weekly basis. We are walking distance to everything that downtown has to offer, but we do not have any private parking.

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
