Home was cozy, clean and full of nice details for guests. Backyard is amazing too.

This place is so comfy clean and we will be coming back. I wasn't a fan of the hot tub in view of the camera but other than that what a spunky clean confortable place to stay. Thank you Keith.

I immediately felt at peace when walking to the cottage. The grounds leading to the cottage include a cute wooden bridge, gorgeous rose bushes and cement statues. The cottage greets you with a long porch, plenty of seating and clear open view in the back. When you walk in, you'll be enamored by folk art, primitive furniture and a full living room, dining table and kitchen. To the right is a cozy room. We were slightly concerned that both beds are in the same room, but the second bed is nestled behind a wall giving fair privacy when sleeping. Above all of this, the hosts were gracious and available. We did nit get in until later and Cliffton was still.k8nd enough to flag us down with a flashlight to the parking g spot. Overall, unique, peaceful and convenient.

First off, our host was so kind and accommodating and we so appreciated her. We stayed at Reenas home for a wedding in Browns Valley. Her home was in a beautiful area of Yuba City. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Beautiful backyard . Beds were so comfortable. I wish we’d had more time in her house but with wedding festivities we just weren’t able to. We’d definitely like to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Butte Star Ranch! The cottage was very comfortable. Jerry was helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated Becky’s warmth and kindness! Waking up to the sounds of ranch life was a real plus! Thank you! Mim and Carole

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

What a great place to stay. Located in a clean quiet area of MARYSVILLE the historic Chinatown. It was easy to walk from there to places to eat and shop. Michael responded quickly to all my inquiries. I enjoyed my stay immensely.
