Al piano terra ampio salone con camino, cucina full optional con terrazza, una camera matrimoniale con bagno. Al 1° piano quattro camere e tre bagni . La villa è ben collegata con Roma. Con la macchina si può raggiungere la stazione di "Montebello" da cui partono treni per il centro ogni 30 min. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.

It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.
