There is an entry exterior door Security Camera for safety. Not suitable for toddlers due to 14 steep stairs. Must be 21.

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard is shared with other guests and has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. Broadkill Beach, seafood, fishing, beach, birds

If you have never been to Broadkill, this is a must. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, read your favorite book on an empty beach, fish or crab, visit the famous Rehoboth Boardwalk or shop at the outlets, this is the place for you. Located only 1 1/2 block from the beach. Bird watchers paradise. Home on dead end street with very little to zero traffic. Located next to Prime hook National Wildlife Refuge. The extra person charge is for adults only exceeding 4 guest.

The 1934 Farmhouse (close to the beaches)

The 1934 Farmhouse not only has local history but plenty of space for everyone. Originally a century family farm with only few owners since being developed. It hosts 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 dining rooms, large kitchen, a huge living room all sitting on 2 1/2 acres for the kids and pets to run have everything you need. Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
