This is a wonderful class for a couple's fun night, friends and family gatherings, and gifts for birthdays, holidays, and anniversaries.

Cooking is about love and having fun - my cooking theme is (Cook, Eat, Drink and HAVE Fun!!)
I would show you step by step of making dumplings, you will be provided with a cutting board, and a knife. You have hands-on experience.
I will show you the key ingredients of making the dumping fillings and explain the secrets, also show you the cutting, and chopping techniques that would make difference in the taste.
After we cook the dumplings, you enjoy your handmade Chinese dumplings with a big smile on your face!
