Private, peaceful, spacious & self-contained

Large, luxurious and serene living space with free off street parking. The loft conversion is extensive covering entire length of extended bungalow and comes with private entrance & bath. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, another sofa bed and a lounge area with TV. The second room has a bath, kitchenette and dining area. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

Fantastic house with wonderful views over fields, walking distance to a lakeside pub & a fantastic Thai. With 4 double bedrooms, large kitchen and spacious lounge with modern seating for group dining. 2 single beds, plus sofa bed also available The multiple bi fold doors lead out to the garden, with a slide & teepee for kids, 3 smart TVs, 1 with built in DVD player & a selection of films. The home has Wi-Fi & parking. A wonderful place to relax or explore. Work or group stays welcome

A cosy, clean, warm and light annexe with its own walled garden. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Beautiful 3 bed home with large driveway parking

Located close to Camberley town centre and a 5 minute drive to Frimley Park Hospital and local business parks. The house is a recently refurbished Victorian semi detached building. It has a character typical of its period and offers a warm and inviting clean space whilst retaining a homely atmosphere. There are a number of local parks within walking distance and a small high street at the end of the road which has a number of restaurants, takeaways and pubs.
