We had the most wonderful stay in Julia’s flat. It’s a stunning, eclectic, cosy environment with everything we could possibly need - including a brilliant coffee machine with fresh beans! It’s in a great location and Julia was friendly and prompt in her communication. We can’t wait to go back!

my family and I absolutely loved our weekend in London staying at James' place. we were up seeing the sights and found the location of the flat perfect. the tube was within walking distance and then 10mins on the tube you are at all the landmarks! the flat itself was beautifully decorated and presented perfectly and had everything you need. if we come upto London again we will definitely see if James' place is available first

The Airbnb is short walk from shops and restaurants, which is very convenient. The apartment is nice and clean, the host very responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting us, we had a great time!

The loft is a bright, spacious place if you are looking to stay just outside of London. Since it sits between two streets, be aware of general traffic noises, but otherwise it was a great home base for London, Windsor, etc! And the pub right across the street (The Black Swan) is amaaaazing!

I stayed comfortably in a flat apartment in a quiet residential area for a week. The check-in and boiler operation instructions were also very detailed. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped with necessary tools. The entrance stairs were steep, but the house was facing south, so it was nice to see the sunlight.

I booked France's place for my family to stay over for a week to enjoy London and Sydenham (3 adults). I initially chose her place due to great reviews, good pictures and being close by to where I live - What a fantastic choice! The flat is at a convenient location from the Sydenham station as well as close to local restaurants and shops without being located on a busy road. The bedrooms are spacious and at the back of the house for privacy and peace, which is a huge plus with people waking up at different times a day etc. The overall space and layout is great and functional. The livingroom is absolutely beautiful with big windows, which was something my family enjoyed a lot. Would definitely book again!

Lovely maisonette, very clean and well presented. could have done with some more glasses and mugs. Kitchen was lovely and spacious and bedrooms were comfortable. We stayed 5 weeks and had our 18 month old with us. It was perfect for our stay.

Clean, modern flat - a great base for the event we were attending in nearby Blackheath. Maria was very responsive to questions - highly recommend.

It was a well designed compact apartment for one night. We stayed with our three kids 4,12,13. The living room was a bit cramped for that many but it was great for a stopover on our easy to My Little Unicorn in Ash Green

We are just back from our stay at Betsy’s. She has been very responsive and helpful since booking, replying quickly and with answers to all of our questions, with clear instructions for check in. The flat was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a lovely stay. The location was perfect, with so many restaurants and shops that are walkable, as well as the beautiful palace and park and river. We would highly recommend staying here!

This Brixton home was such a hidden gem! Tucked just behind a lively street lined with shops and restaurants, it felt incredibly peaceful and tranquil—like a quiet retreat in the middle of the city. The location was fantastic: just a short walk to the underground, Brixton Market, cafes, and everything else you might need. What really stood out was the creative and thoughtful decor, especially the bookshelves filled with interesting reads throughout the house—it gave the space a warm, personal touch. The kitchen was well equipped, and the desk setup with strong WiFi made it easy for me to work remotely during my stay. Olivia was a fantastic host—easy to communicate with, and her instructions were clear and simple to follow. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in London!

Stephanie's place is located in a perfect spot - 3 to 10 minues on foot to multiple bus and train services, with a few reataurants or groceries nearby, and yet it is in a quiet location at the Telegraph park, outside of the buzzing downtown. The place itself isn't huge but very cosy, nicely decorated with lots of guide books about London (loved several of them). It is a good choice for a short stay. Stephanie is a very friendly and lovely host, I had always a pleasure chatting with her (and her dog 😃), and getting some local recommendations on what to do. In general our stay was fantastic, I would be glad to return here again one day.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place in Kingston! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The place is beautifully kept, spotless, and provides a peaceful retreat—exactly what I was looking for. Deborah was exceptionally responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. The location was perfect—serene yet conveniently close to everything. If you’re looking for a lovely, comfortable, and peaceful stay in Kingston, this is the place! My Family and I had a great time here, the apartment is very cozy and we enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings there. It‘s only 5 min to the next bus and train station, so it was really easy to get around. The communication was great and we felt very welcomed, if we get a chance, we will definitely come again.

Teresa was easy to communicate with, responsive and friendly. The apartment was bright, spacious and attractively decorated. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen and laundry had everything that you would require. The apartment had a beautiful leafy out look giving an impression of being in an English wood. Being Spring, the Blue Bells and Cherry Blossoms were in full bloom. Herbs grown on the veranda was a bonus. Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common slightly further afield made for pleasant walks. Jamal’s apartment was pristine and a in a great location! It was our first time visiting London and we felt right at home, as the apartment is spacious, modern, and comfortable. Jamal was even kind enough to leave welcome snacks in the apartment which was much needed after a long day of travel. Situated on the River Thames you are gifted with an amazing view which is highly walkable to all restaurants and cafes. Jamal was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the trip and left tier 1 recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. 10/10 all around experience, will definitely book again next time we visit London — seriously do not look to book anywhere else.

My friend and I were visiting London for a few days and stayed at Gigi’s cute little studio. Check in was super easy following Gigi’s instructions. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the amenities were nicely stocked. Great response timings so if we had any questions could get answers quickly. Overall, a lovely stay.

A cosy home perfect for families or couples. Great location, clean with very comfy beds, safe area, easy to find, plenty of transport options. A very responsive host. A top location with a village type feel but easy access to central London. Would definitely stay here again.
