What a find… A little bit of heaven in central London. This property is Absolutely beautiful, I cannot recommend this place enough. I was also the first person to use the new shower room, which has been fitted out very nicely.. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Matt.

This was our second stay at the Barn. We felt even more at home than the first time. It is very private and safe at the same time. Cristina responds to messages through the Airbnb app within minutes. We forgot things at both our stays but Cristina held on to them for us for months until we returned.

A recent stay at The Old Dairy couldn’t have been more welcome! Gill is a brilliant, attentive host and incredibly helpful with directions to the property, which is located close to Surrey Hills and plenty of beautiful walking routes. The property itself offers peace and comfort, off the beaten track and perfect for any length of stay. Complete with amenities as described, The Old Dairy is great for a countryside escape. Would very much recommend!

Rose Cottage was just lovely and Colette was a fabulous host! We loved getting to know her, their sweet doggies and beautiful horses! (And one morning, the hens sent us a nice breakfast!) The cottage has 2 nice sized bedrooms on the ground floor, so no lugging suitcases upstairs. Two full baths, one with a claw foot tub that was perfect for soaking after a day of sightseeing. Fully stocked kitchen and comfy family room upstairs to relax and unwind. It really was the perfect landing place for my husband, son, and I to take day trips to Hever Castle, Hampton Court, Syon House and Windsor Castle. All are within an hour; however, this was my first time driving on the "wrong" side of the road so I may have taken a little longer to get to places! And I have to make mention of the Black Swan Pub, just a hop, skip, and jump from the property. We spent many evenings there! Fantastic food and drinks and very friendly staff. We had a great 2 night stay at The Bothy. I think the photos don't do it justice as it was much bigger than we expected and the garden was huge, which our dog loved! The local area was beautiful, lots of nice dog walks and pubs. Our dog felt right at home and really enjoyed our break away! Thank you Cathy!

This place was a real find: peaceful (in spite of being close to the A3). It was in a quiet, private road, and we really didn't hear the traffic on that road at all within the converted barn where we stayed - nor much outside. It was spacious, backed on to the lovely, large garden of the main house, comfortable, with a pleasant bathroom and small kitchen, and kept warm with under floor heating, with large, spacious living room and bedroom combined. The surrounding, Surrey countryside including the village of Compton, was beautiful, and getting to the small and pleasant town of Godalming was easy and to other lovely spots in Surrey such as the village of Shere or the National Trust property of Polesdon Lacy. Ali was very attentive to our needs.

This property really has the ‘Wow!’ factor. It was perfect for a family gathering and celebration for our son’s wedding. Beautiful setting, quiet - except for the sound of birds. House was spotless, beds are huge, stunning views. There was a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and our host sent a message of good wishes on the day of the wedding - so kind! Absolutely stunning property - can’t recommend highly enough.

Me and my partner had an amazing time at the cottage. The cottage felt very homely and we even had a cute little guest welcome us on our arrival😅. The hot tub was really lovely too, we spent an hour easily in there haha! Was too nice!

The Snug was perfect for us - spotlessly clean, very well furnished, in a quiet location, and close to everything we needed. Paul was a great host and always responded to any questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Our family had a wonderful few days at Ingela's. Beautiful accomodation set in country surrounds. We loved the fact that each bedroom had an ensuite. Also enjoyed the relaxed open plan living, cooking, dining area - lots of room for different family members to interact. Ingela and Jim were great, friendly hosts. The property is set down a driveway in country area but only short walk from great local shop in one direction and pub in other direction. A few minutes drive to lovely Cranleigh. Would recommend and would return.

Old Hatch Barns is an exceptional property in a stunning location — beautifully restored and furnished, with no end of gorgeous design touches. It’s a spectacular venue for a larger group — we stayed as a family of 7, with another 2 using the annexe in the main house. David and Katie were perfect hosts — warm, welcoming and keen to help. Highly recommended.

Lovely place in a beautiful, peaceful location. We loved the garden with its old trees and birdlife. Oliver was a great host – very responsive and gave clear instructions. The little barn is very welcoming, cosy and clean – perfect for a 1–2 night stay. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely come again.

Such a beautiful place to stay, exactly like the photos,but better….. Wonderful hard working family, that remain humble to hospitality. Definitely will return next year for the same event! Xxx

Wonderful stay over the festive week, close to my brother’s barn. This barn Airbnb is super cute, modern, clean & well-equipped, we felt at home.

Thank you for a really fantastic stay! Guy’s Airbnb is truly exceptional - wonderful garden, beautifully furnished and fully equipped space, set right next to the magnificent Black Down. A great base for walks and enjoying a break from the city. Communication was straightforward and some essentials in the fridge and cake left for guests on arrival were a very thoughtful touch. We are already looking forward to coming back!

I would highly recommend, the surrounding areas are amazing, peaceful and very good for walking in nature. Cows and geese and relaxing reconnecting with nature. I would like to visit again.

Stayed at Janet’s prior to a long haul flight breaking up the journey. The old stable was a perfect venue clean,comfortable and well appointed. Both Janet and Anthony were very welcoming. Lovely peaceful walk to the church and along the country lanes.Proof that small things really do come in good packages! Thank you both Cath and Adrian

We were looking for a comfortable, private and tranquil property to stay to be near our daughters in Godalming and for the imminent birth of a grandchild. Priscilla and Kevin proved to be the most perfect and hospitable hosts right from the start. The Coach House is beautiful and set in stunning grounds with superb views over the Surrey Hills. Our grandchild arrived a little later than planned but we were fortunately able to extend our stay. We were actually quite sad to be returning home to Dorset and that is very unusual for my wife and I such was the quality and experience of our time spent there.

A modern property with character in a lovely countryside location. The house has good parking a few seconds from the front door. As you enter there is a large open plan kitchen, dinning, and sitting area which was very comfortable for the 4 of us and leads on to a small garden. Elsewhere on the ground floor is a family bathroom with large shower. From the ground, going up to the first floor you get to a large landing, suitable for use as a temporary office, which leads on to two bedrooms, one with a small ensuite. The property is a really nice balance of new build finish in a characterful building and furnished with everything you are likely to need for a short stay. We were there for almost 2 weeks and it was very comfortable for two adults and two children (children sharing a double bed). We would definitely return if we need something in this area again. Lots of local shops and restaurants can be found in Cranleigh, two miles straight down the road the house is on.

The loft is the most amazing, tranquil and relaxing space. The surroundings are to die for and Dany was an amazing host with great help and support from Amal too. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I will definitely stay here again. I just wish it was mine!

Unfortunately I had to cancel last minute and Jan couldn’t have been nicer about it . I hope to re book soon as this place looks perfect for my working away needs .

The blue barn was a lovely place to stay very peaceful just wished I had more time to explore , Anastasia gave plenty of options to eat & drink plus local shops would definitely stay again thanks Shaun

We had a great stay at Bulmer Farm. A really great base to explore the Surrey Hills, and the cottage had everything we could have needed. Sue was extremely responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!
