This is 1 of 4 Victorian era flats in this house with natural light, huge windows, high ceilings, & great architectural detail. Queen sz bed in bedroom. Living room with sofa & chairs. Kitchen with electric oven/range, microwave, Keurig, cookware, dishes, flatware. Linens, towels, & bath items provided. Vacation at 1904 D. Walk to the Seawall/Beach!

Circa 1890 Victorian home separated into four units. Unit D is a studio apartment, which was recently fully updated. Spacious and clean, with, hotel quality bedding, a mini fridge, microwave, flat screen TV with ROKU/Netflix, and a coffee maker. We are 5 short blocks to the beach and a 3 blocks to the Bryan museum. Conveniently located near the Pleasure Pier, Strand Historic District. 3 day booking required for Memorial/Labor Day, biker rally, Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th, etc

This is a 1 bed 1 bath unit with stainless steel appliances. Kemah Boardwalk is less than a mile away, also there is the Baybrook Mall which is close by and has has great shopping and eating! Clean and comfortable apartment in Alvin Texas

We are committed following AB&B cleaning protocol and CDC recommendations. We are hosting for a minimum of 7 nights . 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Downtown Alvin Texas. 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds (+under bed) and a sofa bed. Washer and drier in the apartment. Full kitchen and living room. Cable and high speed internet. Plenty of space to park in front of apartment. The property surrounded by tall trees in a quiet street.
